Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade follow the Core Knowledge Sequence (not to be confused with Common Core). From the CKS website: Core Knowledge Sequence provides content-specific, cumulative, and coherent curriculum guidelines for all major content areas: language arts, history and geography, visual arts, music, mathematics, and science.
